JHC worked with Skylab Architecture on exterior work on this 1200 SQ FT tenant improvement project. Work included painting the facade and roof, as well as installing a new exterior sign, exterior wood accents, and storefront windows with metal planter boxes lining the front of the building.

Interior work included full men’s and women’s bathroom remodels, all new flooring in the dining room, cabinets, casework, seating, and the painting of a mural in collaboration with a local artist.  The kitchen floors were retouched and coated with epoxy and the layout was redesigned for more efficacy and space utilization.
