JHC was hired to undertake a major renovation of the interior not only to bring the rooms back to their former glory but to bring the building systems up to the current code.

Tenant was provided with modern commercial amenities, new electrical, HVAC, low voltage, and plumbing were run throughout the building by what can best be described as a “surgical” process to preserve as much of the existing building as possible. Existing historic interior elements were carefully repaired and preserved.
