S|EA’s Headquarters project includes the remodel of existing office space and a new three-story addition featuring cross-laminated timber panels, glulam beams, and a large roof deck.

The 16,800 SF project incorporates numerous sustainable features and will enable the firm to accommodate all 85 team members into one space.
