JHC remodeled a commercial building for their new Tigard location with Soderstrom Architects. Reworked spaces included private offices surrounding a conference room with extensive wood and glass door features, employee breakroom, and warehouse spaces.

Additional features included new interior and exterior finishes, roofing and rooftop mechanical, and MEP finishes.
