JHC worked with Graphite Design Group on the construction of the conversion and major renovation of an existing single-tenant, 2,812 SQ FT building into two new tenant spaces.

The space was previously occupied by Outback Steakhouse. The improvements for MOD Pizza included a full restaurant buildout, walls, ceilings, lighting, flooring new restrooms, furniture, casework, and food service equipment as well as mechanical systems, electrical systems, and telecommunications.
