This 7,266 SF Pre-Engineered metal building (PEMB) was designed and built for a confidential client.

The building features clerestory windows that flood the interior with natural light as well as a second-floor mezzanine overlooking the main level garage area.

The executive office area includes bathrooms, conference area, reception space, a custom curved bar, and expansive glass pocket doors providing visual connection to the main level.  The upstairs area provides ample space to entertain and host gatherings. Multiple large overhead garage doors leads into car/entertainment garage.
