JHC constructed their second location, the Ex Novo Taproom, and Restaurant, in Beaverton, Oregon.

The project included a seismic upgrade, a full commercial kitchen, and extensive remodeling to a historic downtown Beaverton Building built in the 1800s as well as off-site civic improvements and ADA restrooms.
